Abraham's crazy strawberry pasta

[edit] ingredients
- 2c frozen strawberries sliced thinly
- 4c penne pasta cooked
- half a red onion sliced
- small chunk fresh ginger diced
- small bunch of fresh minced cilantro
- pinch salt
- 1tb oil
[edit] putting it all together
- sauté in oil the strawberries, ginger and onion until the onion are pink and caramelized
- add pasta and continue cooking until slightly brown
- finish with cilantro
