[edit] Dry Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 6 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 cups multigrain flour
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup baking powder (1/8 cup soda, 1/8 cup cornstarch, and 1/4 cup cream of tartar may be substituted)
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ginger

[edit] Liquid ingredients
- 18 eggs
- 5 1/2 cups milk
- 5 cups grapeseed oil
- 5 cups honey
- 24 cups grated vegetables
[edit] Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine all liquid ingredients in a separate bowl. Grate vegetables. Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold vegetables into batter. Flour two large cake pans. Pour equal amounts of batter into cake pans. Cook at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
[edit] Notes
- I used 12 cups carrots and 12 cups spinach. Try other vegetables, get creative. :)
- Depending on availability, a portion of the eggs or milk may be substituted at a ratio of 4 eggs = 1 cup milk
- Sift the baking soda with the sifter to remove lumps
- Try adding crushed walnuts or sunflower seeds in place of pumpkin seeds
