Friday Visioning
Friday 12am-6pm
- venue: Open Spaceoutside historical society, MATC building
- activities: tables of organization doing outreach, booths with convention info, possible movie fest at multiple locations near State St., room/boarding arranging, workshares,etc...
6-8pm
- Venue: Capitol
- Activities: March to capitol, Large Speech, Music, Continued movie fest...
Other days--> Events, events, events!!
Space
University space would be the logical space for many large discussion/workshop events.
- Dept. cooperation required to open rooms to the public beyond just students.
- -->Student groups are able to reserve rooms.
- -->Call police dept. and reserve march times/space, parks, and Capitol space
Website Stuff
- Dec 20th is the deadline. A functioning website should be up with the address www.infopnc.org and www.pnc2rnc.org
Speakers
- Clint will verify their appearances and ask for specifics on payment plans
Talk with Jodi
Media, Going Public
- -->Contact mainstream/underground rags that'll do a section on the PNC, find out requirements and other pertinent information.
1st Benefit
- Sat, March 1st, 2-6pm. is set to be the date of our first Fundraising activity
- Will include Music, speaker, raffle
- -->Volunteer needed to organize
Obligations
Clint--> Contact Speakers, get weblinks and sites working, research possible rooms and get a group to reserve them temporarily thistle--> Contact rags, get info to clint about PNC2RNC to update site. Mike--> Contact, notify, keep track of local sites that could house participants. Also talk to co-ops and sites about hosting events. Beth--> Rejoin the PNC planning committee, help with the basic planning and organizing, ready a trip to the Caucus of the Future.
