Luke again. Here are some of the notes I took last planing meeting:

My personal obligations:

1. Get in touch with the people organizing The Other Convention in lawrence, KS. check them out at www.lovinrevolution.org/otherconvention.htm and email otherconvention@gmail.com. These guys seem to have a similar idea as us and it would be great to be able to coordinate to the highest extent possible.

2. Write a personal statement of purpose to put up on the wiki. Coming soon...

Goals for August 29th, 2007:

1. Have Pamphlets and registration forms for the pReNC

2. Draft a Statement of Purpose for the convention

3. Possibly get in touch with the welcoming committee before we show up in Minneapolis/St. Paul

Other things we need to coordinate

1. Places to host workshops/talks (hotel conference rooms, convention centers, co-ops)

2. People to put on worksops, speeches, etc.

3. Housing Hotels will be of course available. There is a non-profit hostel on Butler St., I believe. We can ask for special crashing exceptions at local co-ops.

4. Route and planning for the PNC2RNC ride.
