  • Rochdale Co-op formed at 215 N Mills by members of the Green Lantern.
  • Two religious groups sponser co-ops in this period, Channing-murray foundation forms a men's co-op in two houses next door to each other.

1951

  • Green Lantern Burns its membership files, fearig they might be subpoenaed by Joe McCarthy.
