Just made stir fry and it turned out deliciously. This could be an easy snack or a house dinner with some rice or noodles on the side.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • Tofu
  • Broccoli
  • Pea pods
  • Carrots

Sauce

  • Tamari
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • Honey (not too much)
  • Corn Starch

Spices

  • Sambhar (or curry) powder
  • Garlic (fresh or ground)
  • Ginger (fresh or ground)
  • Cayenne

Misc

  • Grapeseed oil
  • Water

Instructions

Dice tofu, broccoli, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, etc. Combine all sauces and spices ingredients in a bowl. Get a wok. Pour a bunch grapeseed oil in wok, Heat wok on medium heat, Put tofu in the wok and pour most of sauce bowl on the tofu and stir. fry tofu until it seems to have soaked up the sauce and oil then add the vegetables in order of how long they take to cook. (eg. carrots, then peppers, etc) Add the rest of the sauce and additional oil if necessary and stir. Add water as needed to make sure nothing burns. Cook until all vegetables are done. Enjoy!
